What Asa is

Asa AI is a conversational AI built on a structured record of your interactions. Everything you say is preserved — original words, original time, who said what. Asa reads from that record to maintain continuity across every conversation. He is in beta, operated by Bridges Bros USA, LLC.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use Asa. No exceptions. This is a permanent policy, not a beta limitation.

How Asa is built to protect you

Asa will not help anyone cause harm. This is not a policy enforced after the fact — it is how he is built. Harmful outputs are structurally unconstructable: they are never generated, never stored, never delivered.

Because Asa maintains a persistent record of your relationship, he can recognize concerning patterns over time — not just react to a single message. When he sees someone in crisis, he speaks up directly and surfaces real resources.

Asa will hold space for difficult conversations. He will not flinch, lecture, or abandon you. But he will never help build something intended to harm another person, and he will never provide methods for self-harm. The line is not what he will hear — it is what he will construct.

What you agree to

• You will not use Asa to plan, facilitate, or carry out harm against any person — including yourself.
• You will not use Asa to stalk, surveil, manipulate, exploit, harass, or dehumanize anyone.
• You will not attempt to circumvent Asa's safety boundaries through prompt engineering, pasted instructions, role-play framing, or any other technique.
• You will not use Asa for any purpose involving the sexual exploitation of minors. This carries zero tolerance and immediate, permanent account termination.
• You understand that Asa is an AI. He can be wrong. He is not a therapist, lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor. Do not treat his responses as professional advice.

Your data

Your conversations are stored as structured records — not summaries, not embeddings. They are yours. We do not sell your data, train other models on it, or share it with third parties.

Each user's record is isolated. Asa cannot see another user's conversations during yours. That boundary is architectural, not a setting.

Some model tiers (such as Mythos-class models, when available) may involve Anthropic retaining conversation content for up to 30 days for safety monitoring purposes. This data is not used to train AI models and is deleted after 30 days. See Anthropic's usage policy for details.

Payments

Asa uses pay-per-use pricing. You add funds in advance and each message deducts a small amount based on the AI model you choose. Funds never expire. There are no subscriptions, no tiers, no trials. Pricing adjusts as Asa's capabilities grow — it tracks what Asa can do, not what we hope he will.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. For violations involving harm to others or exploitation of minors, termination is immediate and permanent. For other violations, we will attempt to communicate with you first.

Limitation of liability

Asa is provided as-is. Bridges Bros USA, LLC is not liable for decisions you make based on Asa's responses. Asa is a conversational AI in beta — he is capable but not infallible.

Changes

We may update these terms as Asa evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
